Shona Mitchel runs the foremost leadership and development company in Scotland. It was through Shona’s work with Farscape and Ken Hames that she first came to Kenya in 2007. Shona was invited by Ken to see the potential for support in Laikipia and after just one visit became committed to doing all she could to mobilise support and sharing her significant experience in leadership and management development. In addition to providing a wealth of learning experience Shona mobilises other managers from Scotland to give their time and expertise to helping Kenya’s young organisations
